2. Services

AquaStream Property Solutions LLC offers the following exterior property care services in Naples, FL and surrounding areas throughout Collier County, Lee County, & Charlotte County:

• Pressure Washing

• Soft Washing

• Roof Soft Washing

• Paver Cleaning and Sealing

• Paver Sealing

• Gutter Cleaning

• Home Watch Concierge

• Irrigation Consulting

Services are subject to availability and scheduling. AquaStream reserves the right to decline or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, required utilities are unavailable, or the requested work falls outside the Company’s service scope.

3. Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes provided are estimates based on property size, condition, and scope of work described.

• Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was described at the time of quote.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Clients may request to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Invoices unpaid after 15 days may be subject to a late fee.

• AquaStream Property Solutions LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances.

6. Service-Specific Disclaimers

Pressure Washing & Soft Washing

• We exercise professional care on all surfaces; however, pre-existing damage, deteriorating materials, or loose paint/caulk may be affected by the cleaning process.

• Client is responsible for disclosing any known surface vulnerabilities prior to service.

• AquaStream is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

Roof Soft Washing

• Roof soft washing uses low-pressure application and biodegradable cleaning solutions appropriate for roofing materials.

• Results vary based on roof material, age, staining severity, and manufacturer coatings.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, cracked or missing tiles, or compromised flashing discovered during or after service.

• Clients are advised that some staining may require multiple treatments.

Paver Cleaning and Sealing

• Joint sand displacement is a normal result of the paver cleaning process. AquaStream is not responsible for replacing joint sand unless explicitly included in the service agreement.

• Sealer appearance and longevity vary based on paver type, age, porosity, and exposure conditions.

• New paver sealing cannot be guaranteed to appear uniform on pavers with inconsistent age or prior sealing history.

• Client assumes responsibility for keeping sealed surfaces free of vehicle traffic and foot traffic for the cure period specified post-service.

Gutter Cleaning

• Gutter cleaning includes removal of debris from gutters and flushing of downspouts where accessible.

• AquaStream is not responsible for pre-existing damage to gutters, downspouts, or fascia discovered during service.

• Underground drainage systems and buried downspout extensions are outside the scope of standard gutter cleaning.

Home Watch Concierge

• Home Watch Concierge services are observational and non-invasive. AquaStream personnel will visually inspect accessible areas of the property.

• AquaStream is not a licensed security company and does not provide security monitoring or alarm services.

• Reports provided are based on visual inspection only and do not constitute a home inspection, structural assessment, or professional engineering report.

• AquaStream is not liable for losses arising from theft, vandalism, undiscovered damage, or conditions not visible during a routine walk-through.

• Client is responsible for ensuring property access is provided for scheduled visits.

Irrigation Consulting

• Irrigation consulting services provided by AquaStream Property Solutions LLC are advisory and informational in nature.

• Recommendations are based on observable system conditions and client-provided information at the time of consultation.

• AquaStream is not liable for system failures, water damage, or performance issues that arise after consultation if recommendations are not followed or if subsequent modifications are made to the system.

• Irrigation consulting does not include permit filing, engineering drawings, or regulatory approvals unless separately contracted.

7. Property Access and Preparation

• Client is responsible for ensuring clear access to all service areas on the scheduled date.

• Please secure or remove outdoor furniture, decorations, vehicles, and pets from work areas prior to our arrival.

• Gates, fences, and access codes must be communicated in advance.

• AquaStream is not liable for delays or incomplete service resulting from inaccessible areas.

8. Water and Utility Use

• Exterior cleaning services require access to an on-site water supply. Client agrees to provide water access at no charge.

• AquaStream will use water responsibly and efficiently.

9. Photographs and Marketing

• AquaStream Property Solutions LLC may photograph or record before-and-after images of exterior work for quality control, training, and marketing purposes.

• Images will not include identifiable personal information.

• Client may opt out by providing written notice prior to service.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AquaStream Property Solutions LLC carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered for the specific job in question.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• AquaStream is not responsible for damage to irrigation systems, underground utilities, or unmarked infrastructure that was not disclosed prior to service.

11. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AquaStream Property Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

• Pre-existing property conditions not disclosed prior to service.

• Client's failure to follow post-service care instructions.

12. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Collier County, Florida.

13. Website Use

• AquaStream makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content.
